The Awakening Young Adult Ministry's mission is to achieve TPC's God-given vision of inreach, outreach, and upreach.  We seek to accomplish this through many different methods and vehicles.

  • First, we provide on-going close fellowship time, both inside and outside the church.  This includes weekly Bible studies, praise and worship, and one-on-one mentorship utilizing older adults, as-well-as peer group discussions.
  • Second, we have established and regularly participate in local community volunteer programs, including Harvest House Food Ministries and area cleanup campaigns.
  • Finally, we seek to instill a sense of belonging to every young adult with whom we have contact.  Friendship evangelism is the key to our dramatic success.
TurningPoint Church's young adult program seeks to touch the young adults of this community one relationship at a time.
